My career in Real Estate started in Property Management where I managed hundreds of investment properties for my clients.
My role consisted of increasing portfolio growth, owner relations, market updates, tenant placement, rent collection, rent increases, scheduling maintenance, property inspections, liaison with strata companies, tenant concerns, evictions and arbitration.
This experience has granted me extensive product knowledge in Vancouver's Real Estate industry. Key intel such as buildings or neighbourhoods that yield the best rent return or potential resale value, strata complex reputations, renovation advice to maximize equity growth and strategic marketing plans for a successful sale.
For nearly 10 years I have been offering Real Estate Sales and Property Management services at RE/MAX Crest Realty. During this time I have helped hundreds of clients buy, sell or rent their property. This level of experience has helped propel my expertise and knowledge within the real estate industry.
More importantly, I understand the level of trust my clients are placing on me to handle the sale of their largest asset.
